Sales Terms

These terms apply to purchases by consumers from Doganics through doganicscare.com. Wholesale arrangements require separate terms. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or appropriate authorisation under applicable law.

Products and prices

The product page describes the item, quantity, composition or materials, intended use and applicable instructions and warnings. The total payable price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before you place the order. Currency and any currency-conversion arrangements are shown at checkout. Optional paid extras require your express agreement.

Ordering and payment

Select your products, review and correct your basket and details, select delivery and payment, then place the order using a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. Available contract languages: English. Payment methods and any payment timing are displayed before ordering.

We email your order confirmation and applicable contract information in a format you can retain.

We do not substitute a different product without your agreement. If an item is unavailable or there is an evident error, we contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law; we do not change an accepted contract unilaterally.

Our delivery and returns policies form part of these terms and do not reduce your statutory rights. No provision makes marketing or tracking consent a condition of purchase.

Product use and legal guarantees

Use products only as directed, including species, age, dosage, storage and safety instructions. Seek veterinary advice where appropriate. Pet supplements are not a substitute for necessary veterinary care. This information does not remove our responsibility for accurate descriptions, lawful claims, product safety or statutory conformity.

We are responsible for supplying conforming goods under applicable consumer law. Under Spanish law, the general period in which a lack of conformity must become apparent is three years from delivery. For consumables and perishable products, conformity is assessed in light of their nature, stated shelf life and reasonable durability; this is not a promise that every consumable remains usable for three years.

Where applicable, remedies include repair or replacement without charge, or price reduction or termination and refund under the legal conditions. Mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence continue to apply. Please contact hello@doganicscare.com to report an issue. The 14-day withdrawal period and our voluntary guarantee do not limit defect or conformity claims.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, you retain ownership of your content and give us the non-exclusive permission needed to display it with the attribution disclosed when you submit it. We do not require an unlimited transfer of your rights. Reuse of identifiable photographs or testimonials in advertising is subject to appropriate separate permission and privacy information. Reviews must be lawful, relevant and respect others' rights. We do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.

Complaints and disputes

Contact hello@doganicscare.com or write to Carrer Provenza 325, local 8, 08037, Barcelona, Spain. We acknowledge and handle complaints within applicable legal deadlines.

Spanish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual-residence country where applicable. Consumers retain access to competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules, including courts in their home country where provided by law. No compulsory Barcelona-only forum or private arbitration is imposed.

Changes and liability

Terms in force when your order is placed govern that order. Future updates do not retrospectively remove rights. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, mandatory product liability, or other non-excludable obligations.
