We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 natural days after receiving your item to request a return with an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@doganicscare.com with the order details and the reason for your return to get a refund or exchange for another product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the instructions on how and where to ship the product/s unused in its original packaging. Doganics will not be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the products, verify their state, and proceed to the exchange or refund within 7 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
