The Doganics 30-Day Happiness Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• Valid on first-time purchases of each Doganics product.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened products are eligible if they have been genuinely tried.
• Limited to one guarantee claim per customer, per product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We may ask for your order number and brief feedback to help us improve our products.
• Doganics reserves the right to decline claims where misuse or abuse of the guarantee is suspected.

Bundle Orders

If your order contains multiple units of the same product, the guarantee applies to one opened unit per product.

Any additional unopened products may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.
