At Doganics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You may do so by completing and submitting our Withdrawal Form available below on this page, or by contacting us directly.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, excluding the original delivery costs where permitted by applicable law and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Products
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned products must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Pet supplements, treats, or consumable products that have been opened or used.

Gift cards.

Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion where applicable under local law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 15 calendar days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, please complete the Withdrawal Form below and submit it to us. Alternatively, you may send us a clear statement by email expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay.
